We would like to commend the team at Safelite for installing a new windshield for our car. We found everyone we interacted with there to be personable, professional, and conscientious. In particular, I would like to acknowledge Gary at the front desk who was very helpful in the checking in process and making sure we got a “like for like” windshield installed and John who seemingly went the extra mile installing the new windshield and made sure to transfer our EZ PASS transponder ( and sticker) from the old so we could put it in the new. Both of them were friendly annd responsive and did not mind answering any questions we had. All in all, we had a positive experience with Safelite and would choose to use them again if we had to.

Provided all the necessary instx before arriving. When setting up appt. online, knew that they couldn't come to me and the amount of time needed to complete the job. Everything went as planned and the job was completed earlier than expected. Received additional notification that re-calibration was complete. Happy with the service.
