Had my 2012 Highlander windshield replaced by Michael. He kept me informed about his arrival time. . Once he arrived he gave me a timeframe for replacing the windshield. He replaced the windshield within the timeframe and cleaned up so that you couldn’t tell anyone had been here. . He also communicated the follow up care instructions for the windshield. I just want to say thank you to Michael for making the whole experience pleasant.

I need my car to work. I drive 2 hours a day and on my commute I got hit by a large rock. The replacement of my windshield was so easy and convenient. Communication was great
