I took my car to for front window repair, I had to return three times after receiving misinformation regarding brackets that needed to come from the dealer to complete the installation. Finally my car was done, now I discover the brackets are coming up, I called the 800 number to express my concerns and the response from their executive department was scripted and un responsive to my concerns, im very disappointed with this company, I expected more from such a well known company.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Broken Driver Window Went in to have broken driver window repaired. I had to go back because it was not sealed well and the wind made a lot of noise when driving. It is a little better but not as good as it was before window broke.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Experience This started when I went to your shop to get an estimate on a window repair for my Fiat 500L. The gentleman came out to the car and looked at it so he would know what type of window to order (as he explained there are several sensors on windows.) We went into the office to write up the estimate and he asked if i wanted the Fiat window or the after market window which was $100.00 cheaper. My deductable was $500 but taking the after market window put my cost at $400. That's what i ordered. I did have to cancel one appointment but called to reschedule. The man on the phone asked if i would like to have a mobile service come out to my work. I asked if there was an additional cost since i worked 5 minutes away. He sTaid absolutely not. So, i booked it. Next, i waited, gave up my lunch, technician comes out (he's from another state because you guys were short handed). He looks at the window and right away says, "this is the wrong window" BEFORE HE TOOK IT OUT OF THE CAR -- he KNEW IT! He said, let me take a look, proceeded to take it out of the truck to be sure and of course, he was correct. Wrong window. He showed me where it was totally different. HE THEN TELLS ME, "you can't have the after market window on this car, you have to have the original FIAT WINDOW! So why the heck did they order it in the first place! In addition, he tells me "we won't charge you the $45 fee to come out. I said, "WHAT!?" The man on the phone...which I asked the question to, said no charge for a visit out in the field or whatever you guys call it. Now, why would i do that when i work 5 minutes away. I would have never booked it. What a disaster. It's been over a month now with no window and they now have to order it again! I spoke to Jesus, and he is apparently the manager. He attempts to make things right and he does a fairly good job. HOWEVER, a few days after he assured me he was ordering the correct window, he calls me to read the VIN number to him. So, i did. He tells me, "Wow, we have a COMPLETELY different VIN # tells me that maybe that's what the problem was with the original order". WHAT!? What does that have to do with anything. Ok, well longer story short, they order the window, come out to my work place on my lunch, and a few drops of rain hit the window. So NOW, the driver asked if i thought it was going to rain. I said I didn't think so but i was in disbelief. He asked if i could come to the shop RIGHT NOW and he would fix it there. I said yes. Thank goodness i could leave my job at that time and take a lunch. This guy knew the trouble i had and offered to find someone to drive me back to work. Again, long story short, i told him i got off work at 5 so i needed it back by then. He said no problem because it was only 1230 or so. 4:00 came and went so i called. Oh, says the person on the phone, they didn't call and tell you your car was ready? REALLY!? No, they didn't. Ok, someone will come and get you. I asked if someone could just bring it to me at that point. So they did. The end. This was a nightmare from start to finish. The technicians were both very nice and none of it was their fault. It began with the person who ORIGINALLY came out and did the estimate and ordered the wrong window. DOWNHILL from there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It took 4 tries to get the right glass. the first problem was mine, I did not know I needed a heated windshield. the second time, and the third time it was their fault, they sent the wrong glass! Total time to get the right windshield was two weeks!
