Scheduled replacement through my insurance carrier and almost immediately I received a text from Safelite Escondido. They also updated me about ordering and confirming date and time. Received a call day before with confirmation time slot 1pm-5pm. William arrived early which was a plus for me. William was so courteous. He explained the process to me and finished within the amount of time given. Although a broken window is never a good thing Safelite made the replacement a great experience. Scheduled replacemet, got reminders for date and time a Couple of days before install was notified when service man would arrive and was spot on. Replacement took about one hour. All glass was cleaned. I like the prompt and accurate service by a friendly service agent. .
