And, I was able to relax in the comfort of my home while he was installing the glass. He was great will definitely recommend Safelite.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Scheduling a Nightmare- Not Done Right 1st Time Called 1/2. First available appointment 1/9. Driving to work on 1/10 heard air leak and called "Executive Service". Next available appointment a week out. It was scheduled to rain next 3 days. Representative was rude and condescending. Called back and spoke with supervisor and got 1/13 appointment. I had to take 2- half days off for their 4 hour Windows. One for replacement then to correct their error. Their scheduling is horrific and their warranty service after taking original payment is poor representation on their company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from On site service Great service by a technician on my work site. Convenient replacement of my damaged windshield. Only thing I wish was that I knew my glass was "heated". The part number that I read off didn't give that info. I didn't know until the tech removed the damaged glass. It was getting ready to rain, so I did not want to risk the vehicle open during the rain, nor could I reschedule or go into the shop. Had I knew the glass was "heated" I might have replaced it with a like kind. Otherwise everything was excellent!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick fix! My back windshield broke and I was able to get an appointment scheduled two days later which was great. I brought my car in at 8am and it was ready at 2pm. My only issue is that they could have done a better job of vacuuming the broken glass out. I had to finish it up at home. Other than that, everything was great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Service I signed up for the appointment with the geico app. It was the most difficult time signing up for the appointment because it never actually went through even though it kept saying appointment confirmed. But once the appointment was actually made safelite was amazing. The woman who came out to help me, I think her name was April. She was very sweet. It was raining that day and she called me to have me put tape on my window. This allowed her to still work on my car because I put the tape on before it started raining in my area. I would absolutely use safe lite again because of her. But that app needs to get updated so that safelite doesnt get a bad rep because geico doesn't know what to do.
