After dealing with multiple prompts via the auto attendant glass replacement was scheduled. After the work was completed the technician told me that he had damaged a cover that goes over the external temp sensor when removing the rearview mirror and did I want it replaced? Of course. Two weeks later I did a follow up and finally got to talk to a person who told me that they had no information about a broken part but that it would be attended to immediately. Two weeks later I took the car though a car wash and the windshield leaked. Once I got the tech out to reinstall the windshield he further broke the part and once again submitted it for replacement. At a total of 6 weeks I have had no news and no replacement part. DON'T USE SAFELIGHT.

I came in to this thinking it was going to be a big pain but it was a very pleasant experience. I made my appointment online then came in for my appointment. As it worked out they had a technician out sick unexpectedly so the team worked together taking care of me and the other clients in a very timely manner. My overall experience was very positive and pleasant. Much better than I expected. Great job Safelite.

I’ve never gotten my windshield replaced and was apprehensive but they were super attentive and answered all of my questions. They finished in about an hour which was quicker than I thought!
