Quick and easy. Arrived a few minutes early and they took the truck straight in. They also finish early which was nice to be able to get on with my day. - One thing they did not do which was a surprise was to clean the windshield. I figured that would be a requirement so they can look over the entire windshield to evaluate it as a whole versus just fix the obvious chip. Maybe I as the customer is supposed to tell them but that doesn't feel like good customer service to me, it should have come from them first.

Safelite replaced my windshield for my CRV 2019, but the Lane Keep Assist not working after Windshield replacement. I noticed the Lane Keeping Assist System is not picking up the lanes at all anymore. I know I need to be over 45mph, light was good, lanes clearly marked, tested on several different roads, nothing. Tried turning the system (and the car) off and on. Adaptive cruise control (maintaining following distance) seems to be working fine.
