Had Safelite replace my 2018 Avalon windshield back in November 2018. In early May 2016 a piece of the bottom molding came loose. I can't contact Safelite to repair the issue; through the website, the AI chat or otherwise. No phone numbers, not chat with humans, nothing. Customer service non existent.
