At first I was scheduled for Wednesday the 23 between 1-5pm. No one showed and no communication from anyone. I klicked on the hyperlink in the message confirming the time and there was only a request to reschedule without any reason for the no show. Rescheduled for Friday the 25th from 8am-12 pm. The technician contacted me around 8:15 to advise he would be here around 10:00. It was approximately 10:15 when he arrived. He had contacted me around 10:00 to let me know he was on the way. He was professional and completed the glass replacement in about 90 minutes.
