Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease of the entire operation I chose to take my vehicle in to the shop for my windshield replacement. I made my appointment online. Selected the day and time that was best for me from a wide variety of options, an estimated time of completion, and gave me an exact cost at that time as well...must admit I had my doubts it was going to work. Got to the shop a bit early, and they took my car in right away! My car was completed within the allotted time frame given, a very professional technician came out, talked to me personally, also provided a brochure, and the cost was exactly what I was quoted online. The work was also guaranteed. It WORKED...EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE. I tell everyone about how great the entire experience was.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a mess.. My insurance company and car dealership referred me to safelight when I inquired about a crack in my windshield. I called and made an appointment for a complete windshield replacement. I paid the extra $25 so I would work from home while they come replace it. They asked me questions about the car (garage remote control, heated windshield etc). I called the dealership to make sure I didn't any of those pieces wrong. They came out looked at the car for one second and said "oh you need a heated windshield, I have to order that" and left. At this point I'm annoyed that I was told wrong information from my dealer, but we rescheduled. The second time a technician came out he said "oh I can't do this today because I need to order the rubber from the dealership otherwise the glass won't fit in correctly. WHAT? Why wasn't this realized on the phone or from the first technician. This is the second time now I had to stay home from work and guess what? No windshield. The third time was the charm... It was finally replaced. The technician told me it wasn't necessary to have the dealership rubber, it just sounds like the second tech didn't want to replace it that day. Just disappointing that I had to stay home from work three times for this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Confused I had my window fixed last Saturday by Safelite. I drove 40 minutes to the store to save myself some money instead of having them come to the location of my vehicle. The weather stripping is not glued correctly or sealed so I believe there will be some eventual leaking into my car. I am very concerned because I do not have the extra money to pay for this mistake to be fixed.

Safelite had to grind down a bunch or rust, but they did what was necessary to make sure I had a perfect finished product. They even transferred my inspection and oil change stickers. Its the little things like that, that make me want to tell everyone to go there. GREAT WORK!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not thrilled with my repair Repair guy came out and replaced driver side windows but didn't vaccum out all the old glass so now both windows don't go up right and glass is rattling inside both doors. So I get to take to ur shop a week later to have corrected.
