The windshield replacement took about 2 hours which was great timing. Unfortunately, there are some long scratches in my drivers side window. There were also new smudges on the inside of the glass. I asked the tech who did my service, and he said he put the windows down in my car before servicing because it smelled like dog in my car. I do not have a dog, and I have never had a dog in my car. They did not seem like they wanted to help, so I left. It was disappointing because I live an hour away and planned the whole day around having this service done.
