Had someone come replace it. Few days later I called because my sensors weren’t working. They were going to call me back. They never did só I called Back and they were having sipervisor at my location call me back and I still haven’t heard back!

Safelite replaced the rear window of my Toyota Prius, which was shattered by a bird dropping a quahog on it. I had to take my car to their shop due to inclimate weather on the day of the repair. When I picked up the car, I looked at the window and it looked fine. The next day I noticed tiny bits of glass all over the top and back of the car and LOTS of bits of glass trapped in the hatch. It sounded like a rainstick when I opened and closed the hatch. I had to wait several more days for a tech to come try to resolve the problem. He removed some of the trim to try to get at the glass, but couldn't get it all. He said, "ask your mechanic to try to get it out with compressed air. We used to have an air compressor but we don't have one anymore. That's the way to get more of it out. "

Made mobile windshield replacement through insurance company. SafeliteCalled ahead stating he d be at house in 10-15 minutes. Arrived during scheduled time. Josh from Arizona introduced himself very pleasant. Removed old windshield installed new windshield. No issues job well done I’ve used Safelite in the past and will continue to use them
