Having a problem with work recently done. There is absolutely NO WAY to talk to anyone. No phone number on website. The text option is a bot. After signing away my life, i get a phone number! Hooray! I call it and it is another bot telling me to set up an appointment online and then it disconnects. This is customer service in 2026. Sad

In a time when companies downgrade or simply don't care about customers, Safelite stands out as the exception. By far the best service from any company I've had in two years. Incredibly easy online form, contacted me ahead of appointment with an update, gave me clear instructions after installation. Installation was excellent and so was Trey my installer. Super friendly.
