So. . . a mixed bag for me. Seven appointments to get a windshield replaced!! That said. . . in the 1st six appointments there were 6 damaged OEM pieces of glass and 1 no show for the glass. On the 7th appointment we got it done. NOW. . . the technicians and crew I worked with were all professional, apologetic and understanding. . . I appreciate THEIR patience and work ethic. HOWEVER. . . . I can't rate just them. Whoever supplies them with material. . . . let's review them! SAFELITE gets the "hit" because they represent the supplier to the customer. All. that said. . . . be sure YOU look at the glass BEFORE they put it in!!

No one ever wants to have to have their windshield replaced, especially when it was due to no fault of their own, but it happens. Our installer was awesome, he arrived a few minutes early, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
