When they were taking old window out they cut bottom frame and blamed it on someone else was a fresh cut and I bought car new never had a windshield changed before

Safelite technician knew his business. More work than he had bargained for, since he had never seen the rear glass shatter like that, but he was up to the task, and very tidy cleanup after he was done. Highly recommend Safelite.
