The Safelite service was excellent. Easy to make the appointment, easy to drop the car off, easy to pick it up. My biggest surprise was the expert recalibration service. With the original factory windshield, the line guidance was pretty loose on the highway. After recalibration was done on the new windshield, the line guidance on the highway is tighter and feels safer. So, bottom line, my new windshield from Safelite performs better than the original factory windshield. I didn't like getting a rock in my windshield, but the new windshield is very satisfactory.
