The Safelite tech, Richard, arrived on time and went over the process of removing and replacing the windshield, seal, and protective cover. The cleanup was detailed, and Richard covered the after replacement best practice. Richard did a great job!!

Technician was professional and timely, providing quality service. Importantly, I received a courtesy text from the him reminding me about the 12-5 scheduled appointment and he was willing to provide a more specific window of arrival at my request based on his projected work day. Having a family with many activities scheduled, I was then able to tend to priorities rather than wait around for 5 hours. I can't thank the technician enough for communicating like that.

I took my truck in for a rear window replacement. I dropped it off the night before and they had it all day up until about a half an hour past the normal closing time. My window was replaced but the rear slider did not work. I was told that they were probably going to have to replace it and to wait a few days and then call the warranty line and to wait a few days and call the warranty line. Also when I took the car home I noticed they did t even vacuum up any of the broken glass and they did not reinstall my rear middle seatbelt. It was left unbolted from the floor.

Made an appointment for our cracked windshield. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Windshield was fixed in a timely manner and Kevin was awsome. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with I am so impressed with this office. I highly recommend them.
