Well, it took a few scheduled appointments but once we got the car in the shop it was smooth sailing. I have to admit I had my doubts on whether they could handle the complications of a foreign car like a BMW, because I had heard customers some customer complaints. But even though I was an hour late for my appointment they squeezed me in. By the time the repair done the shop was closed but told me to come on down and pick it up, they’ll wait for me. To make a long story short, I got the car back for a week now and have no complaints. My fears about an improper recalibration were unfounded. Thanks Safelite for one of the most satisfying car repairs I’ve ever, ever had. Kudos to the lady at the front desk.

Safelite did a great job replacing my cracked windshield. I went to their shop to get it fixed because their availability was much sooner than if they would have come to my home. While the wait time was longer than expected, I was kept updated as to when they started the work and when it was completed.
