Team was courteous and professional in getting scheduled, dropping off and picking up.
Unfortunately since leaving the lot I noticed the greasy handprints on the fabric of the car (with fingers that could only happen with windshield out). I’ve also found tools and cut resistant gloves in the car … the Hampton location is friendly, but seems a little sloppy with the cleanliness.

Andrew came out to my apartment to replace the glass on my Kia Soul after a large branch fell and broke it. He was very communicative, pointed out some damage he noticed under the hood caused by the branch, and was very clear about how long things would take to switch out. Andrew made a very stressful situation feel very manageable and I cant thank him enough.
