Rated 3 out of 5 by from Window Repair I had my windshield repaired from a rock that shot up from the highway. Service was great, email notifications were prompt. The windshield cam out good, but you can still see the spider veins from the repair. It will be ok, lets just hope we can turn in our car after the lease and not get charged for any issue with it.

Called me when he could come a little early. Showed up exactly when he said he would. Got right to work. Was polite & efficient. He had my new windshield in, in no time. Left no mess behind. Great job! Couldn't have been happier!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible customer Service Being optimistic I reached out to safelite the morning of July 14th as an object hit my windshield and cause it to crack. My first impression was fast, friendly, convenient, and very accommodating service. My impression 8 hours later -- unreliable, poor communication, horrible customer service, not accommodating…I could go on. Series of Events: 9:46 received email confirming appointment (est arrival time between 12-5pm) 10:22 received email saying the tech will be calling me shortly with ETA 4:00 I call to check status as we are getting closer to 5pm I was told the tech is on his way. 5:15 I called and they said the office was now closed and they are trying to have the manager locate the tech. At which point I was offered to reschedule which I did for a 2 hour window 10-12pm. 5:42pm I receive a text that says the technician is on his way and will be here between 5:50-6:20pm 5:42pm I call back to ensure I wouldn’t have any trouble with my “rescheduled appointment” since I had rescheduled prior to receiving the text I was informed that there was no appointment on file for me; but she could reschedule my appointment NOW (confused but okay) 6:07 received service reminder email Day 2 12:33 I called since there has been no communication from safelite (as it was the day before) and was informed the technician will arrive towards the later part of the scheduled appointment. This is unacceptable!! Yesterday too was at the end of the appointment time and no one showed. The representative placed me on hold and said the technician will be there by 2pm. 2:45 I get a call from who looked like the same technician who finally showed.
