I had my windshield replaced today at Safelite in Cross Lanes (Charleston area). The appointment scheduling was convenient and fast. The team members at the service desk and technicians explained every part of the process and were knowledgeable and friendly. The service took about 1 hour. I wanted while it was complete. The only thing that would have improved my experience would have been WiFi available in the waiting area.
