Tech had great communication skills and was very pleasant to talk with and he guided us through everything he was doing and giving us status updates as we were not at home the time of the repair. SafeLite technicians came to my worksite to replace my windows which is an amazing service. They arrived during the scheduled time period. However, they did not thoroughly clean up the broken glass inside my vehicle and I had to take a shop vac and do this myself. They also did something to the Rear Passenger Side Door. The door will not open from the inside. I am now going to have to pay to get the door serviced to fix this problem.

I made an appointment online and called the next day to change my status to an insurance claim. The lady was very helpful and it was quick and easy. The day of my appointment they called to see if I wanted to come in earlier because they had openings. Front desk guys were nice and we chatted away while I waited. Tyler came in to go over a seal that was bad and took me back to let me see it and took the time to answer any questions I had. Very nice, simple process . Highly recommend!!
