I noticed a huge scratch on my door after I picked up my car and went home. The shop was closed by then, and I felt like I couldn’t return the next day to complain, because what proof do I really have. It is too much of a coincidence. It looks exactly like a scuff you would get by pulling into a tight garage space which is in line with the tight parking spaces and building where my car was serviced. I am not happy that a walkthrough wasn’t done with me beforehand which would have removed any doubt. I will not return and I do not recommend.

I put in for my antenna to be fixed so my radio could be fixed and it’s not! The back window does NOT defrost all the way like it should some parts are still foggy. Will be returning to get the problem resolved

Had to report a missing cap that goes over the screw and nut on my drivers side windshield wiper. I went back to the shop only the desk person was there techs had left for the day (on Thursday 7/27/23) because the shop number is not on website, that I could find. Called Friday to see if they found it and she said they would order it. I have not received it yet and will follow up if I do not get a call in 2 days. 8/2/23
