I was given the opportunity to watch a technician replace the windshield in my 2024 Subaru Forester. I have many years experience working on cars. I was impressed and blown away with the complexity of the work and the speed and skill of the technician doing the job. I would highly recommend this shop if you need class replacement.

Tech was late, very apologetic. Proceeded with confidence. Was friendly, and energetic. Seemed to know his job very well. Finished in about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The advertised service I paid for was for the mobile tech to visit my residence to replace my cracked windshield and recalibrate my windshield camera. No problem on replacement, but the recal failed. Safelite's answer was for me to drive to one of their service centers (closest was 50 minutes). Though that worked, I paid for the convenience of of their advertised mobile service AT MY RESIDENCE. The fact that they offered no discount for failing to meet what they advertised or my additional time (4. 5 hours counting round trip and waiting 2. 5 hours for the appointment) and fuel expense means I won't be doing business with them in the future. Just an awful experience.
