For a 9am appt I got there at 8:30. I was told it would take about 1. 5 hours. I left at about 1:30. I also asked about the windows not being cracked as the installer kept opening and closing the doors. He had never heard about leaving windows open so as not to break the seal on the newly installed wind shield. So I guess time will tell, it appears to be okay. I believe if I ever have to have a replacement again I will cry and go elsewhere.
