Safelite was the first company I thought of when my windshield was cracked by a rock from the freeway. I made my appointment online. They got approval from my insurance provider almost immediately. My replacement windshield was ordered and I took my car into the Irvine shop 2 days later, at 10am. I was notified around noon that the car was ready. They replaced the damaged windshield and recalibrated the camera. Everything is working well. All the employees I had contact with were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Safelite to others.

I sent a couple of e-mails to my insurance company to get information on how to proceed with a claim for a front windshield replacement. I got an AI response that they would send me a l,ink for the claims dept. I never got the link after 2 requests. So I contacted Safelite and after several minutes of giving all the information via e-mail to Safelite, I was able to get an appointment within several days. I could have a tech come over to my house or go to their shop. I chose the shop. I was very pleased with the speed of the work done as well as the quality of work performed. I was particularily pleased in getting the total quote and deductable, which I never got from my insurance company. Well done Safelite!
