Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad services After making two schedules, i end up bring the car to the shop for windshield installation. Very bad customer services, especially coordination between the scheduler and installer technician. Cannot trust their way of conducting business.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need more help from the office I was scheduled with arrival time of 1-5 on 10-19-17. At 4:45 when no one was here,I called the office. I spoke with a tech named Victor. I expressed my concern, since it gets darker early and daylight would be gone soon. He told me he'd call my tech, Zee, and have him contact me ASAP. At 5:15 I call office again, this time no answer. Zee calls me around 5:30, said he'd been held up and that he had contacted office before 4 to have them a) contact me and b), send another tech. Neither happened. Zee apologized profusely and we made arrangements for him to arrive 8am, Friday, which he did. Zee was great, the support from the office, not so much.

Wrote a email to Safelite, was told I would hear from someone never did. Sent another email , no reply. Would have given 4 stars but due to no one calling they get 1

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Scheduled 8AM-1PM arrived after 2PM The lead up info was great with multiple confirmations on time and date. The day of service there was no show up on the site at the scheduled time. I had to call to see if they were coming and then was told he was running late. Finally over one hour after the time scheduled the installer showed up and luckily I could be on site for a couple of hours to accommodate him. That was why I had a morning appointment .The installer was courteous and professional and apologized for being late saying he had a no show customer earlier. I believe once he was running late another installer should of been sent out. Once again the lead up to the work was multiple emails and texts, but he day of installation was very poor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Safe to Rely On I was able to talk to customer service and set up a date to fix my windshield right away. They were really good at communicating by email and phone throughout the entire process. The only bump on the road is that I had the wrong windshield on its way, but soon after, they coordinated the repair with me and fixed the damage on my car within a short amount of time. I had repairs being done, so they had my car worked on at the repair shop. Overall, a positive experience. They even contacted me when the job was complete. Today I received a letter in the mail indicating that if issues arise with this repair, don’t hesitate to call them; what great customer service! It’s SAFE to go with SAFELITE!
