While work Safelite did on my windshield looks very very nice. Nice, it seems that they have no internal system for notes as I was contacted three different times regarding the same question-if there was coverage if it was going to rain and if I would be able to make it into their shop. After initially, placing my order with a promotional code, I received an email regarding my appointment with the difference my promotional code made. I logged into the site and had to read and put the promotional code so that I wouldn’t owe.

Tech's were professional, and quick. Appointment window was a bit behind. Looks great. Only problem appt included new wiper blades, However the Rain Detection feature was not updated, wipers only work on low or high now, which I did not find out till days later driving in the rain.
