Overall, I had a good experience. I really appreciated that immediately after checking in, an employee walked out with me to get the keys and take the car in. However, I do wish there had been better communication and more updates throughout the process, especially considering how long I was there.
The waiting area is pretty basic, with a small play area for kids and a TV that was quite loud. Thankfully, they have Wi-Fi, which was a big plus since I was able to get some work done while I waited.
Most importantly, the final result was great! I understood that my type of vehicle required more time than usual for calibration, and my car was returned to me clean and with no issues.
A special thank you to my technician, Harold, who was very nice and empathetic. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain why the installation took longer than expected. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the work and the final result.
