no show waited 3 days for appointmet with a 6 hr window , never came to door , knocked or rang bell, insisted he was there and referenced a black car in driveway it was in fact a white car, would not come back as his shift was over. sure what

I was worried about having the windshield replaced in my Mercedes E53 AMG. I attempted to schedule an appointment through the website but was unable to due to my crazy old email address. I contacted by phone and was assisted by an incredible patient and professional employee. I had an appointment within 2 days. I requested the OEM Glass and they did an incredible job installing and recalibrating all the sensors.
