I had a very positive experience during my appointment. I arrived promptly at 8:00am and was greeted warmly by two friendly staff members at the front desk. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with both coffee and water readily available for guests. A few minutes later, my technician, Carlos, explained the services that would be performed on my Toyota Venza and provided an estimated wait time. By 9:30 a. m. , all the work was completed efficiently. I sincerely appreciated Carlos's attentive customer service, as he took great care to ensure my vehicle was handled thoroughly and professionally.
