My car window shattered on a Sunday evening, and by Tuesday morning, my window was replaced. Scheduling was very easy and convenient because they came to my house. Charlie, the technician, was very kind and efficient. He made sure all of the glass in the car was cleaned up so my kids wouldn't get hurt. Hopefully I won't need another window replaced anytime soon, but if I do, they will be my first choice.

Called on Monday morning for an estimate as I knew I needed a replacement windshield. I received the estimate on the phone and decided to drive the car to the Safelite shop. I received an appointment for 7am the next day, and was on the road with the new windshield at 8:15. The cost was exactly to the estimate, the replacement time was shorter than they told me to expect (2 hours), and the person at the shop was courteous.
I did not go through insurance since the cost was not much higher than my deductible, but my insurance rep suggested using SafeLite. That was a good call.

I ad the list amazing service by Vince and Christian at Columbia ave and Lisa Douglass on the customer service line. After having my windshield completely smashed on 283 they walked me through the process and had my windshield replaced in record time. He even replaced my oil change sticker. I can’t thank them enough. 10 out of 10.
