Rated 2 out of 5 by from How do they bring the wrong windshield? I had set my appointment for Monday morning but had to switch services due to my crack growing. The guys came to my work and came in saying that they couldn't fix my windshield due to bringing the wrong one. I'm not really sure how that happens! They said that they would have to come back on another day. This was really not ok. The technician had kind of an "oh well...oops" sort of attitude about it too. I'm not sure why I had to be inconvenienced due to their error. I feel as though it should have been replaced that same day due to their error. I'm happy with my new windshield, but not with how many days it took.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took My Inspection Sticker They did not leave my inspection sticker or weight class sticker in my vehicle. I looked 4 separate times and had someone else look once for me. They are not in my vehicle.. I called and the technician said that he left them on my floor. I even looked in the driveway where he did the service. They are nowhere to be found.... Now I have to take more time and money, to get my vehicle re-inspected, because they will not give replacement stickers without turning in the old one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quick Install, Horrible Cleanup! I had two techs, in two separate trucks show to replace my windshield. I was told it would take 45 min to complete ( I was home @ the time). Prior to start of job I asked if they were going to replace my wiper blades as well since I ordered the replacement. The techs stated no, the order didn't reflect this service. Fail #1. After approx 45 I went outside to see the progress and I saw the job was complete and the techs were gone. I began to inspect the work. Once I opened my door, I had glass shards on my two front seats, dash and center console. The techs left only a printed receipt. No warranty book, nothing. I also had glass shards on my hood. Seeing the mess the techs left, I had to spend the next 10 minutes cleaning up THEIR MESS. I immediately called Safelite to file a complaint. I was directed to Executive Services and after 10 minutes the rep said they would refund half of my deductible, $50. That was Oct 12th. After follow up call 7 days after because the refund never happened, I was assured it was processed. It's now Oct 24th, no refund! Be wary of Safelite. The rush and don't clean up. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is not their priority. Never again!
