Best car service experience I’ve had. Wish I could get everything done the way Safelite does it. The mobile service is the way to go if you don’t have time to take it to the shop and wait. Would recommend to anyone and use myself again.

First time I scheduled an appointment I got to my appointment and waited a half hour to be told that they did not have the correct part and that I would have to be rescheduled. At my rescheduled appointment I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up at about 1:45 and when I arrived I was told that my car was not in fact ready and that a safety check had failed and that they would need to keep my car for about an hour. When I came back in an hour they said that it would be sometime before the close of the business day (2 hours til 5). Would not recommend to friends/family and I certainly will not be returning.

First time to use safe lite and everything was smooth from my online appointment, confirmations/reminders to my appointment was right on time. Yes I will use safe lite for sure they were great and got the job done QUICKLY.

Verifying insurance coverage was poorly handled but my service guy was excellent

The entire process to have our windshield replaced was easy, from scheduling, helpful appointment reminders, drop off, and pick up. The glass looks great!
