The representative was very professional and courteous. Seemed to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He called to let me know that he would not be within the window of time that was offered and agreed upon earlier which was an interruption to my day but I was happy to get it replaced. The window of time selected was 8am-1pm. It was closer to 4:30 before he arrived. I have not yet had it in the rain but I do not anticipate any concerns.
