At 2:20 pm I asked the receptionist how much longer she thought it would take and she told me she didn’t think they would be much longer. I pointed out that the car was still where I had parked it, she seem surprised and went to check. When she returned she apologized for the delay and told me it would be another 10-15 mins.
Approximately 2:35 a technician came for the keys so I asked why did I get an appointment , arrived 15 mins early and still had to wait nearly one hour for service. His reply was that “ they should have told me it depends on the workload ahead of me and there were quite a few “
The appointment was made online so I’m not sure who “they “ is. If that was told to me when I checked in I could have gone and run an errand , cutting down on the waiting time.
