Submitted an insurance claim to replace my front windshield. My insurance was immediately able to schedule me with Safelite. The appointment was scheduled for three hours but only took a little over an hour. Extremely pleased with the quick turnaround. During my inspection of the work, discovered a seal that had gotten pinched. Raised it to their attention and in a matter of minutes it was quickly resolved on the spot. This is my second time using Safelite in a span of 10+ year. 5 stars from that perspective. My only reason for marking 4 stars instead of 5 stars overall in this review was due to the inability to speak with someone at the local office on the phone to answer my questions. Dialed the local number but got a chatbot that directed me to ask questions/schedule my appointment online as my only option. While I lived fairly close, I found the inability to quickly talk to the local office, without needing to drive to their location disappointing. I would happily consider using the Safelite location in Manassas VA again should a need arise.

My experience with satellite was great from setting up the appointment with the phone call all the way to the installation of the new windshield. Sawyer was professional and so knowledgeable. The new windshield he installed looked absolutely flawless and perfect, from the huge crack running all the way from right to left. Thank you all for such a great service and experience.
