Zero Stars. My appointment was scheduled for today, Saturday, 2/28/26 from 1-6pm. I received a confirmation text when the appointment was made, a confirmation text yesterday, and a confirmation email yesterday telling my tech's name was 'Corey'. At 4:45 pm today, I called Safelight to ask what happens if the tech doesn't arrive by 6. After wasting the ENTIRE DAY waiting around, I was told my appointment was 'cancelled' but there was no reason given. WHAT?!?! I waited around all day and wasted an absolutely gorgeous Saturday only to be told my appointment was CANCELLED??? And NOBODY bothered to contact me to let me know??? While on the phone with Safelight, she put me on hold and tried to contact the shop. Of course there was no answer - the shop was CLOSED! She rescheduled the appointment and said she was sending an email to the shop manager to let them know. Who cares?? That doesn't give me my Saturday back! How hard is it to pick up the phone and call or text to let the customer know you're not coming? Apparently for this shop, it's impossible.
