My Appointment was at 9:30 am and they were prompt told me 1hr 45 mins to 2 hrs which was fine. By 10:30 am they were already calling saying my van was done. They were so polite and quick and professional!! I have already referred 2 people there!!

Don't get me wrong, Safelite does a great job, but for a tiny chip that measures less than 1/16th of an inch and took less than 5 minutes to repair at their shop shouldn't cost $150.00. I can see if I chose the option for them to come to me but the price is still the same whether I go to their shop or they come to me. I wished I made $150 for 5 minutes of work!!!

I was scheduled first thing in the morning. I arrived about 10 minutes before the shop opened and the techs were there and pretty much set up. Our chipped windshield was repaired and back out the door in about 30 minutes. The tech found another chip and sealed it too, no charge! Friendly, fast and done
