They have charged me twice, once at the higher price I was not told. When I call they transfer me all around to people out of state who can not help me or just drop my call. I left a message as well and no one has yet to call me back. The guy that replaced my windshield was very nice and professional. Other than that I am extremely unhappy.

I was very happy with the windshield itself. I was extremely unhappy with the clean up after the installation, there was dirt caked on my dash and all over my vents, seats and just about everywhere possible! There was pieces of hard plastic on my seats and weather stripping on the floor. Spent enough on the windshield, cost me more for the detail! Will definitely not recommend safelite to my friends or family. Should have went to Interstate!
