I should mention my repair was 100% covered by insurance. Therefore I can’t speak truly to the value of the service.
The only downside to the service was the mobile service was about 2 weeks out. There was a shop option however it was still a week out and would have been inconvient.
Additionally the window for the techs arrival was a 5 hour window. It worked out fine for me because I was home however 5 hours seems silly at that rate there’s not much of a point for setting a window for arrival. I feel like if they organized and scheduled better they could refine this down to a 2 to 3 hour window which would still allow flexibility for their techs
Overall it I would recommend this company and think they are a great option for repairs and replacements
