Working with Safelight & Auto Owners Insurance was such a rewarding experience! We got online with Auto Owners to request a claim and answered a few questions about our cracked windshield & were directly connected to Safelight online (as Auto Owners partners with Safelight). Safelight received our information on the car model etc and set us up for an appointment in a couple of days!! We had the name of our tech & the time he would be at our home. Our tech let us know ahead of time when he was on his way & arrived on time. The window was replaced within an hour and the tech was friendly & knew his job & performed it well. What an easy process this was!

I would have given a 4. 8 review if I could have. Everything was done well and in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is the passenger side windshield wiper leaves streaks so it either isn't the right wiper or it isn't installed properly. These were supposed to be new wiper blades.
