Good service
Had windshield replaced on 8/3/17, was quoted that it would take 1.5-2 hours and was out in just over an hour. Friendly staff and currently have found no issues with the replacement

The service technician was great.
The techincian could not repair the chip, it cracked out. The rescheduling and installation of the new windshield has been confusing and less than good.

Never again
After being forced to reschedule due to their over booking followed by 2 appts when they brought the wrong windshield it approximately 17 days to finally have a new windshield. Only positive is they waived the whole deductible for messing up so much.
