My windshield got chipped by a rock that flew off a work truck. Our insurance filed a claim right away and within 24 hours, Safelight set up an appt. At the time I was told they were just going to patch the chip rather than replace the whole windshield. After looking at the patched windshield for about 2 days, I decided I wasn't happy with it and wanted the whole windshield replaced. I called Safelight and they scheduled an appt the very next day. Dropped the car off the next day and the car was ready within an hour.
