I was scheduled for a week earlier but when I arrived they told me they ordered the wrong part. Should have called but they didn't. I have to rearrange the schedule for dent removal and car rental. Next appointment I tried to call but got all kinds of run around so I just went in. Everyone was very pleasant and they completed the job and all is well now.

My technician was Jordan and he was great. Met me at the door and greeted me. He was friendly and explained everything in terms I could understand. My windshield was replaced in less than an hour and when I got in my car I thought I ight have got into the wrong car. He had wiped down all surfaces and vacuumed the floor. It was raining so I got to use my new wipers and it was first time ever they were almost silent and worked great.
