Windshield looks great cal cover tabs we're broken both sides rearview mirror and now I act like it's having a seizure even with little bumps can't even look out of it two stars because the windshield looks great I've tried calling the customer helpline six times now it rings and rings and disconnects my windshield was replaced last Wednesday.. the wife's ride. Just got back today from a trip not happy technicians either need to be more careful or let the customer know what's going on technician I believe his name was Ethan gets zero Stars

Had Broken windshield and my insurance sent me to Safelites website for a replacement . I was able to get an appointment for the next day to come to our house for the job. Safelite will keep you informed. They told my techs name and even verified my appointment time. The morning of our appointment, the tech, Alex, called us to let us know about what time he would be there. He also called saying he had a cancellation and could come earlier. alex arrived and was very courteous and polite. He did a great job in a timely manor . So far, no problems with our new windshield. Great job!

Very easy and convenient. My insurance set up all details with them, had appointment set up for two days later, nice waiting room with coffee and cold bottled water, was done in not much more than an hour. Don’t see how it could be much easier!

Our windshield replacement booking time and everything went off without a hitch. The only thing I can say there were some glass shards left in a vehicle, and the window was not as clean as it could have been other than that everything was great.
