Had a hard time scheduling with our BMW dealer to replace a cracked windshield. Called my insurance company who works with Safelite and got help immediately! No hassle. The date for the appointment was just a few days out, and they would have the windshield on that date. The dealer would not even order the windshield until the car was in the shop- would have taken a week to replace what Safelite did in one hours time! The service rep was professional and helpful when my garage proved to be too small for the service. He made time available at his shop location to make the repair the same day. The Oneonta Safelite waiting room was a large light filled space with a very generous snack bar for those waiting. Cookies to coffee! It was spotless. Very pleasant showroom to wait in. The tech was courteous and the windshield turned out perfectly. They also located the original manufacturer glass for my car. What more can you ask for in a quick, well organized service?!!!
