I was pleased with the service I received at Safelite Peru, IL. The technicians were courteous, professional, and accommodating when I walked in without an appointment. I received a preestimate regarding my insurance the next day. The replacement and calibration were done well, and the aftercare instructions were presented clearly. My complaint is with the phone system of your franchise. There is no way to contact the location where the work is being performed. All of the numbers lead to an automated system where you can either make, cancel or confirm an appointment. I needed to arrange a ride to pick up my car and did not know when it would be ready.
