Port Saint Lucie location are rockstars. I had an unusual situation due to a brand new vehicle needing an OEM windshield. Safelight went above and beyond communicating the process and helping with the insurance claim process on a pricey windshield. We had a rock hit the window and the crack just kept growing. I checked with my insurance app and saw Safelite would come to the house. Since we live away from more populated areas that kept us from a 2 hour drive there and back. The technician showed up on time, there were plenty of notifications reminding me of the appointment and he called before arriving. The work took the amount of time he thought it would and he had to drive the vehicle to calibrate things. The time frame for all of this was a he predicted. I appreciated the communication keeping us informed. I really appreciate the timely appointment so we didn't have to worry about the windshield cracking the full width. The process was seamless and the tech was pleasant. We have comprehensive insurance so there was no charge for all that work.

I drive a Subaru and when a rock from I-95 hit and cracked my windshield, I called Safelite in PSL for an appt. They had convenient times available and when I got there, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He carefully re-calibrated my Subaru's safety features and gave me paperwork showing everything that was done. They billed my insurance directly, so I didn't have to pay a cent!
