On time, easy to understand the process, hands off and quick! This was a great experience. Technician was Michael and he explained everything and kept it all under an hour. Only regret was I didn't at least tip him. I had never had an entire windshield replaced, and he was quick on 100+ degree day and on a service call. I should have tipped. He came all the way from Prince Frederick, MD.

Although the workmanship seems to be fine, the car was returned to me filthy despite me receiving an auto-message from Safelite indicating the car was vacuumed and cleaned. I never step on my doorsills and yet I understand the service people may need to. However, I don't think it is too much to ask that the car be returned to me in same condition as they received it.
