I returned from out of town and found that my car window was shattered. My insurance company made an appointment for me with a Safelite branch thirty miles from my home and six days from the day it was reported. I spoke with the representative from Safelite (Bethesda, Maryland) and he suggested that I take my car to a closer branch. He called my local Safelite(District Heights, Maryland), made a same-day appointment, and called me back to inform me of my appointment. The service I received from the District Heights, Maryland branch was polite and quick. I appreciate the time and care given. I will enthusiastically recommend Safelite.

They started fixing our window on time. They gave us an estimate of how long it would take and we didn’t wait a minute longer. They made sure our window worked fine. We left very satisfied.

Windshield is awesome and the tech was great but it wasn’t until he left that I discovered the vent cover right below my windshield was broken, haven’t been able to contact anyone about it so that sucks
