I booked them through my insurance for a timeframe I was available because we have a very busy schedule. The tech called me at the last hour of my time frames and said I was thrown onto his schedule last min and he didn’t have a battery for my repair. First you asked me if I’d be willing to drive down to their shop, which I replied “no that’s the whole reason we scheduled you to come to our home. ” we even borrowed a car so we would have the car available. He mentions he will be rescheduling us for Monday. Then Monday comes and I hear nothing. Once I click on the appointment link it shows I have no scheduled appointment at all and now they want me to reschedule AGAIN. The person rescheduling me today said a new appointment was ever made. Very unhappy
