Had the windshield of out 2019 traverse replaced. New glass is poor quality with a big blurry defect right in the drivers view. Called Safelite several time, tried to file a claim on line and sent an email as directed on the site. Still haven’t received a call back to get this fixed in almost a week. They waisted no time to call me and set up the original appointment, but now that they have been paid, they aren’t in a hurry to make it right. I won’t use them again!
