Good: Nice people Good communication
Bad: -In a really bad part of town and walking to lunch, coffee, etc is not a good idea. - building and waiting room pictures are not how it is presented on the google review. - charged me for a service they did not perform and am still waiting on a refund.
Not a deal breaker but what you think your getting vs what you actually get is very different and feels like it’s intentionally hidden. If I had the option I would have dropped off but living an hour and half away that was not an option.

The service I received was wonderful. The technician was polite and worked efficiently to get the windshield replaced in a reasonable amount of time. He gave great instructions on what to post the installation in regards to when it was safe to drive and wash the vehicle afterwards. I am very satisfied with the work completed.

The whole process of getting my windshield replaced with y’all was the most convenient and easiest thing I’ve ever done. I had put that task off till last minute because I was dreading it, and all for it to take me less than 5 minutes. And then yall being able to come to my driveway and fix it while I had a work call inside was awesome. 10/10 from me (CVS should take notes!)
